e keep it small on purpose. Breadcakes made the night before, paninis pressed to order, smash burgers on a flat top, and espresso poured while you wait.
Nothing sits around under a heat lamp. If a special runs out, that is the day it ran out. Come back tomorrow and there will be something else worth queuing for.
